Today we wrote our Hopi Symbol Stories on final draft paper and then created a corn symbol using colored corn kernels, paper and glue. They will be up in our hallway next week, but here is a preview. If you are interested in coloring corn kernels, beans or rice to use in crafting or sensory play for little ones, I found the super easy process here: http://laughingkidslearn.com/2014/02/how-to-dye-corn-kernels-for-play.html/.
Enjoy!
